SMS or e-mail notification when repair is ready

Its already available in MGR which could be connected to repair plugin, but for the users who don't use MGR it would be nice to have a button next to the repair that we can click on after the repair is finished, that the customer will get an email / sms message that their product has been repaired successfully and is ready for pick-up again
