Repair Calendar with Repair Status
Current Situation: In the current setup, when an appointment is created through the plugin's front-end, it appears in the appointments list (leads). Each appointment has one of the following five statuses: * Pending * Quoted * Approved * Price on Request * Canceled Each status has the option to trigger a notification when the appointment reaches that status. Problem: This setup only focuses on converting a lead from the website. As a result, managing repairs is not possible once the appointment is made, or when customers come through other ways outside to a service method within RepairPlugin. Request: - Add the ability to change an appointment (lead) into a repair. - Implement a Repair Calendar that displays all repairs. - Allow repairs to be created either from an appointment or as a new entry. - The calendar should display all repairs in list, day, and week views. - Repairs should have customizable statuses that users can add. - Each repair status should trigger its own notifications. - Enable webhook action triggers for each repair status. - Allow repair statuses to be toggled on/off for each service method. - Connect calendar to Google Calendar. This allows you to manage your repairs within the RepairPlugin and gives you complete freedom to connect it to other systems. This way, you can get the most out of the RepairPlugin for your unique workflow.
